The PML Series probes are engineered for high-performance measurements in compact spaces, offering exceptional visibility and accessibility with their slim 2.5 mm tip housing. The spring-loaded 0.5 mm gold-plated tip ensures consistent contact, making the probe ideal for probing densely packed boards and delicate components.

PMK’s innovative IC contacting system includes a variety of specialized accessories—such as IC caps (0.5 mm to 1.27 mm pitch), ground blades, and copper glue-on pads—for short-lead, resonance-free probing, essential for RF measurements.

These passive probes come in 10:1 and 20:1 versions, support 1 MΩ input impedance, and connect via a universal BNC interface. Versions with read-out (RO) capability enable intelligent auto-scaling on supported oscilloscopes.
